RETURN POLICY

Authorization must be obtained before any parts may be returned. You may contact us by phone, fax, E-mail or mail. Coleman Tool and Manufacturing Corporation will provide return goods instructions. Unauthorized returns will NOT be accepted. A brief note explaining the reason for the return and who authorized the return must accompany each shipment. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking charge on all in-stock parts and 25% on ALL special order parts, except in a case of parts found by us to be defective or shipped in error. All claims for return of mis-shipped or defective parts must be made within 10 days after receipt of the part(s).

WARRANTY POLICY

Parts and components manufactured by Coleman Tool and Manufacturing Corportation (Company) are sold under a limited warranty that they are and will remain free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of ninety days from date of purchase. The Company will replace any part found, in the opinion of the Company, to be defective, provided the parts have not been modified, subjected to misuse or abuse and have been properly maintained. This is a parts replacement only warranty; replacement labor is specifically excluded. The defective part(s) must be returned freight prepaid to the Company.

The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, as to merchantability or fitness of use for a particular purpose, except as expressly provided by this policy. The Company will not be liable for any special or consequential damages of any kind. No employee, agent, representative or distributor, firm, or corporation can bind the Company to any warranty other than the express warranty provided by this policy.

The Company reserves the right to make changes in design, material and specifications or parts manufactured by the Company at any time without the obligation to make similar changes in previously manufactured parts or components.
